Red Homes Evesham, Worcestershire
Launched in 2013 and run by husband and wife team, Laurence and Penny Hall, who have lived most of their married life in the Vale of Evesham, this branch has enjoyed a very successful first few years and received some excellent feedback for its customer service, which has been described as “second to none”. Laurence has many years’ experience in sales and Penny spent most of her working life as a hotel receptionist so they both have a great understanding of what is expected and required to provide people with excellent customer service. Penny has also previously worked for estate agencies in both Evesham and Chipping Campden and, in more recent years, has run her own successful bookkeeping business so, with the combination of their life experiences and knowledge of the area, Laurence and Penny will provide anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Vale with an invaluable professional, efficient and friendly service.
A market town famous for its fruit and vegetable growing, particularly asparagus, Evesham is situated on the River Avon in the county of Worcestershire and has a population of approximately 23,000. Located on the edge of The Cotswolds, between Worcester, Cheltenham in Gloucestershire and Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire, the Vale offers some of the prettiest countryside and villages in the UK. With mainline railway stations in Evesham and Honeybourne running between Malvern, through Oxford, to London Paddington, its good road links to both the North and South and its easy access to the City of Birmingham, the Vale of Evesham is an increasingly popular area in which to live.
When we decided to put our house on the market Red Homes had just started advertising in the area. Having spoken with Penny and Laurence we decided to place the sale in their hands. After a meeting at the house, when pictures and measurements were taken and the fine details discussed, the advertisements, were promptly posted in the local paper and on-line. Following several viewings, when we were kept fully briefed, an offer was made but unfortunately below what we could accept. Red Homes were most helpful in the negotiations and a price was agreed with the buyer. Following the agreed sale the remaining communications with solicitors was promptly carried out. We would have no hesitation in recommending Penny and Laurence to a prospective seller.
Mr & Mrs Brown, Lower Moor.
Even though we decided not to go through with the sale we just wanted to thank you for all your hard work, you did a fantastic job. You have outshone all other estate agents in the area and we wanted to make you aware of how much your efforts and hard work were appreciated.
Mr. & Mrs L, Badsey
Just a note to thank you for the brilliant job you did in marketing and quickly selling our house. We had been on the market with another agent for around 18 months unsuccessfully - you sold our house at full asking price within a week of taking it on – can't ask for better than that! You helped us realise our dream of moving to the coast and did it in a friendly, efficient manner, keeping us informed every step of the way. Many thanks for all your help - we would not hesitate to recommend you.
Mr. & Mrs S., Evesham
