Red Homes Helston, managed by John Sargent opened recently and looks after Helston and the Lizard, while working closely with Falmouth, Penryn and Truro.

Helston is a small town and civil parish in the former Kerrier district of Cornwall, at the northern end of the Lizard Peninsula. It is the most southerly town in the UK, being 2 miles south of Penzance. In 2001 the town celebrated the 800th anniversary of the granting of its Charter, making it the second oldest town in Cornwall after Marazion. The former tin-mining and cattle market town now has a range of national stores and good transport links to Truro, Falmouth and Penzance.

The Lizard peninsula forms the most southerly point of mainland Cornwall and of mainland Great Britian; it is classified as an area of outstanding natural beauty with many of country’s best coast path walks.
